Mr. Amos concentrates his practice in the areas of serious personal injury, products liability, medical negligence, nursing home neglect and industrial and mining accidents.
Education
Mr. Amos received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University, graduating Cum Laude. Mr. Amos earned his law degree in 2013 from West Virginia University.
Professional Associations
Mr. Amos is a member of the Texas State Bar, the West Virginia State Bar, and a member of the board of the West Virginia Association for Justice. He is licensed to practice law in the State of West Virginia and Texas. Mr. Amos is also licensed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Amos is a native of Charleston, West Virginia, where he currently resides with his wife and children.
