If you word search my blogs, I think you’d find the word “experience” pops up in almost every single one. I use it a lot because I believe it’s one of the most important aspects of choosing an attorney to represent you. Whether you’ve been hurt in a coal mining accident, a tractor trailer accident, or have suffered any number of catastrophic injuries, your lawyer’s experience is going to be the defining factor of your settlement or courtroom outcome. You can always call us here at the firm and ask us those hard questions, but I want to give you several other avenues to take in finding out if I have what it takes to be your legal representative.
Our Website
Like I have said many times, feel free to ask me point blank: have you done a case like mine and what were the results? I’m happy to answer those questions. But if you’re looking for a little more info, the best place to go is our webpage. We’ve streamlined it to offer as much detailed information as we can possible give you. I feel like you can actually meet me there and get to know me as a lawyer. If you go to our website and click on Segal TV, I have answered hundreds of frequently asked questions that I have gotten from clients over the past thirty years. You can click the questions you are interested in and hear me personally answer them. Another really important aspect of the webpage is our client interviews. Let me assure you, these are not paid actors. These are real clients with real cases that give interviews to The Segal Law Firm and permit us to put them on our website. You can meet our clients there and hear about some of the more interesting cases we’ve dealt with over the years.
Outside Sources
Of course, if you are looking for recommendations that aren’t internal to my firm, you can bounce over to numerous websites of organizations that I am a part of. For example, I am a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, which names the 100 top plaintiff lawyers in the United States. This isn’t a paid membership. These folks have looked at me long and hard and decided that I deserve to be one of them. You should also find out what it means to have an A/B rating by Martindale and Hubbell. These kinds of things could make or break your decision. And I’m not trying to brag here, but it’s important that you know what you are getting in your attorney. Research it! Find out whatever you can about us. I am confident that our work here at The Segal Law Firm will hold up to even the highest scrutiny.
Talk to a Past Client
Last but not least, any good lawyer with real experience ought to be willing to let you talk to some of their clients who are agreeable to that. I have no hesitation telling people about other cases that I’ve handled and, if they’d like me to, I will contact one of my past clients in a similar situation and have them give them buzz. This way, they can see if I’m the right lawyer for them.. I want them to know from another widow that I do treat their husbands and wives with respect and dignity and that they can expect the same treatment.
As you can tell, there are several different ways to check up on my experience, past clients and the results that we have gotten over the years. I personally think the webpage has the best information in the easiest platform, but the internet has a vast amount of other information available for you. As always, you can call us directly at The Segal Law Firm and get any of your questions answered. We are here to do that. You can reach us toll free at 855-344-9100.
