I’m not saying it’s impossible, but it would have been a lot easier to prove the case had they or a loved one called me immediately after the wreck. I’ve already put the company on notice that they better not destroy that black box or the information that the trucker had logged, I’ve got the police report and I’m going to file a lawsuit before this poor gentleman even has the strength to read it.
